Orders & payment
Your checkout shows the loaves, fulfillment method, and total before payment. Customer, shipping, and payment details are collected through Stripe. Keep your confirmation for order questions.
Weekly subscriptions
Weekly delivery is a recurring subscription. You are charged at checkout and then every seven days until canceled. The selected Friday sets fulfillment, not the billing day. Delivery is a separate $5 weekly item covering all loaves in that order. Cancel future renewals through Manage subscription using your checkout email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
One-time orders & gifts
One-time delivery and pickup are single payments. Four-Friday gifts prepay four consecutive Friday deliveries and end automatically without renewal. Prices and applicable delivery fees are shown at checkout.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery is available in Southlake, Grapevine, Keller, Colleyville, Hurst, Euless, and Bedford, Texas, on Fridays, 9am–1pm. Provide an address within the service area. Free pickup is in Southlake on Fridays, 2pm–3pm; the exact location is sent separately.
Changes & order concerns
Orders and requested changes close Wednesday at 9pm Central. Use Change loaf quantities to prepare a weekly quantity request, then send it to Chaim by email. For skips or sending a delivery to someone else within the delivery area, email Chaim. Changes require confirmation. For a missing, damaged, incorrect order, or a refund request, email hello@challah.club with the order details so Chaim can review and help.
Ingredients & allergens
Dough contains flour, water, salt, yeast, honey, and virgin olive oil. The egg wash contains egg and date syrup. Sesame is an optional topping. Premium challah contains nuts. All loaves are baked in a kitchen handling nuts, sesame, eggs, and wheat. We cannot promise an allergen-free product.
